It has been 4 weeks since I had my Lasik surgery with Dr. Liu and I’ve had a very good experience all throughout. From the first consultation leading to the surgery, he has been pleasant and thorough. My surgery went well. He talked me through the entire procedure before and during surgery. He was gentle and his words of encouragement helped me stay calm. My only regret was not consenting to a photograph with him after surgery! I only had burning discomfort on the first night. I have had an amazing experience here. All the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and made you feel at ease. Every detail of my lasik procedure was explained multiple times. I knew exactly what was going to happen. There were no surprises. I have anxiety and I was made completely at ease with no judgment at all. My recovery has been the same. Every detail explained, instructions clearly given and I knew exactly what to expect and they were right on the money! I cannot recommend Dr. Reynolds and the staff at Wills enough.
